How do I know my hat size?
We recommend referring to our size guide, which contains a video instructing customers how to measure themselves and our sizing conversion chart. You can also be measured by our sales team in-store any day of the week.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering online. If you are ordering through the store, our sales team will provide a shipping quote for your desired shipping destination.
What is the difference between Western Weight and Dress Weight?
Western Weight is a structured beaver felt with a firm brim. Dress Weight is a lighter beaver felt with a flexible brim. All felt colors are available in both weights.
How do I place a custom hat order?

When will my hat ship?
Most ready-to-wear products ship 2-4 weeks from the order date.
The shipping lead time for custom hats is dependent upon materials. Most custom hats ship within 6-8 weeks. You will be connected with our sales team for a confirmed delivery window upon placing your order.
How do I return an online order?
Please reach out to returns@nickfouquet.com to initiate an online return. All custom orders or hats with any modifications are final sale. Unworn merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date.
